The Manpower Recalibration Program is a special program to regularize illegal immigrants in the country as foreign workers legally employed by a qualified employer subject to strict conditions decided by the Government through the Department Malaysian Immigration (JIM) and the Peninsular Manpower Department Malaysia (JTKSM).
EMPLOYER ELIGIBILITY:
i. Only employers from the Manufacturing, Construction, Agriculture, Service and Plantation sectors;
ii. Subject to the quota approved by JTKSM;
iii. Compliance with the conditions of employment of foreign workers is available there are such as levy payments, pass eligibility and so on;
iv. Not on the Suspected List and Black List.
ILLEGAL FOREIGN WORKER ELIGIBILITY:
i. Holders of Social Visit Pass (PLS), Working Visit Pass Temporary (PLKS) including Foreign Maids who commits an offense under Section 15 (1) (c) i.e. overstaying time under the Immigration Act 1959/63 on or before 31 December 2020;
ii. PLKS holders who commit offenses violate the conditions pass under Regulation 39 (b) of the Immigration Regulations 1963 whose pass is still valid on or before 31 December 2020.
iii. illegal migrants who escaped (lari) but was not reported by their employers and those who have original and valid documents from their home countries.
iv. Consists of 15 source countries ONLY (Thailand, Cambodia, Nepal, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, Philippines, Pakistan, Sri Lanka Lanka, Bangladesh, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, India and Indonesia);
v. Not on the Suspected List and Black List;
vi. Have a valid travel document of the country of origin at least 18 months; DAN
vii. Has a negative result slip for the COVID-19 test made within three (3) days prior to the date of the appointment.
vii. Illegal migrants in several categories, including those who had registered for the Rehiring Programme and the 6P amnesty Programme, but did not complete the application process and did not receive the temporary work visit pass.
– Security deposit of RM 500.00 (per person)
– Recalibration fee RM 1,500.00 (per person)

i. Manufacturing and Construction sector RM 1,850.00
ii. Plantation and Agriculture sector RM 640.00
iii. Pass RM60.00
iv. Process RM125.00, and Visa (by nationality)
This program is implemented from 16 November 2020 until 31 December 2021.
This program is run entirely by the Malaysian Immigration Department (JIM) / Department of Manpower Peninsular Malaysia (JTKSM) without vendor or third party involvement.
This program is only implemented in Peninsular Malaysia.

JIM will contact the employer to attend with PATI at JIM Enforcement Division for further business. Employer shall obtain PATI verification documents from JIM.
Recalibration Certificate
Submit a Recalibration application online Integrated Foreign Worker Management System (ePPAx) through website of the Department of Manpower Peninsular Malaysia (JTKSM) through the website www.eppax.gov.my under JTKSM.
