About Andaraya Malaysia

Graduating with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Malaya in 1987, Haji Ismail chose the entrepreneurial path over a government position. He began his journey by selling cleaning materials door to door and, in 1989, founded Andaraya (M) Sdn Bhd. His relentless drive for success led him to pursue further education, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1996.

With a keen business acumen and exceptional management skills, Haji Ismail has made significant contributions to the human resources industry. His achievements were recognized in 2013 when he received the Master Class Award – Leading in Human Resources from the ASEAN Outstanding Business Awards.

Under his leadership, Andaraya grew from a humble RM100,000 annual turnover to an impressive RM30 million by 2016, solidifying its position as a key player in the industry.
