Dato’ Sri Mohammad Ismail Bin Norbat, known as Haji Ismail, is the Founder and CEO of Andaraya (M) Sdn Bhd. Established in 1989 with just five employees, Andaraya has expanded into a nationwide organization with over 100 permanent staff and nine branch offices across Malaysia.
Andaraya has built a strong reputation in manpower recruitment, supply, HR outsourcing, and immigration services. While the company has evolved, manpower solutions remain its core business, serving clients with dedication and excellence.
